At Valeria Juan Kids, our return and refund policy is valid for 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your furniture item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, in addition to its original packaging.
Refunds for Defects: Refunds will only be issued if the product arrives with manufacturing defects and must be requested within the first 15 days of receiving the product.
Exceptions to Returns: Returns of products that show defects due to normal wear and tear are not accepted.
Return Conditions: To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Refund Process: Once we receive and review your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, we’ll process your refund, and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain timeframe.
Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund, first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it is officially posted. You can also contact your bank, as there may be a processing time before the refund is reflected.
Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you’re returning higher-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
