Residentail Design
At our studio, we work with you every step of the way to create a completely custom design that fits your space. Our goal is to transform your room into a creative and functional space that fosters your children’s development and adapts to your family’s needs.
Design Process
Initial Visit
We will visit the space you want to design to take measurements and photographs. If you live outside of Guayaquil, in our first virtual meeting, we’ll guide you through the steps you need to take so you can send them to us. If the space is under construction, we can begin the design from the available plans.
Requirements Meeting
We’ll schedule a meeting, either in person or via Zoom, to delve deeper into your requirements, needs, and aspirations. We want to make sure we fully understand your vision.
Design Proposal
The design process is divided into two stages:
– 2D Design: You’ll receive a proposed mood board and floor plan for your review. We’re here to listen and collaborate with you to ensure the design meets all your expectations!
-3D Design: In this exciting stage, you’ll receive a high-quality 3D rendering that will allow you to visualize the design as if it were already finished. This phase takes between 12 and 15 business days.
